Spring steel, flexible bracket, tensioning element
Spring steel sheets
Spring steel sheets allow the chain lubrication pinions to be installed quickly and easily. A light preload ensures the continuous supply of lubricant; a further advantage of this type of installation is that the whole assembly can flexibly yield to fluctuations and vibrations. The spring steel sheet is available in both short and long versions and can be combined with an angled axle.Spring steel | Material | Art-No.

Tensioning element
The tensioning element enables the setting of an optimum contact pressure. In addition, the sturdy construction ensures stability and so increases work safety during operation. The tensioning element can only be used with the straight axles (deflection max. 50mm, clamping force 350 N).Tensioning element | Material | Art-No.

Flexible bracket
The flexible, springy bracket is a simple installation option for chain lubrication pinions or lubrication gears. Thanks to the springbuilt into the joint, the contact pressure can be individually adjusted, and at the same time the bracket can also cushion countermovements.
Depending upon the size of the axle used, the holes in the flexible bracket are either size M10 or M16. The bracket is
available with the flexible joint on either the right or left side.
