An efficient solution for small bearings
The HP 200 heater is a professional and economical solution for the precise heating of small bearings prior to mounting. The electric heating plate ensures a trouble-free, clean and tilt-free installation that requires no physical force. This protects the materials and components and reliably prevents premature bearing failures.
Thermostat-controlled heating
Thanks to thermostat-controlled heating in a continuously adjustable range from 50°C to 200°C, the metal bearings expand in a controlled fashion. As a result, the workpiece can be pushed onto the shaft without the application of any physical force.
The flat heating plate, measuring 38 × 18 cm, guarantees an optimal and uniform heat flow directly into the components. During the heating process, a cleverly designed protective cover holds the heat inside the device, ensures a particularly fast heat-up and effectively protects the sensitive bearing components from dirt and dust.
The operation is extremely simple: support yokes are not required – the workpieces are merely placed on top.
