The Lubricajo makes automatic lubrication easier than ever: unpack the device, screw it in by hand, set the infinitely variable runtime – done! Thanks to the gas-cell technology, the compact Lubricajo can supply your systems with absolutely precise lubrication fully automatically and zero maintenance.

Maximum flexibility at any location
One of the Lubricajo’s foremost advantages is its extreme robustness, which opens up entirely new application fields:

• Underwater & outdoors: thanks to the system’s excellent dust and water resistance in accordance with protection class IP68, the system offers complete reliability in harsh outdoor environments; it can even be installed fully submerged under water.
• In explosive atmospheres: thanks to official ATEX certification, the Lubricajo is ideally suited for safe and permanent deployment in potentially explosive atmospheres.

Forget complicated assembly steps and heavy tools! One of the Lubricajo’s major advantages is its exceptional user-friendliness: no tools are required for its commissioning and continuous runtime adjustments (1 to 12 months). The specially designed, extra grippy lid ring allows for precise adjustments, and the lubricator’s activation, which requires just a few hand movements, takes place directly on site. Screw the lubricator into place, adjust the control dial – and your system is up and running!

Every Lubricajo unit is delivered fully assembled and ready for immediate use. Of course, we can also fill the devices with your individually desired lubricant on request. Thanks to the transparent housing, the fill level can be checked visually at any time.
