G-LUBE EM V

High-pressure lubrication system with flexible power supply options

G-LUBE EM V is a high-pressure lubrication system for grease suitable for flexible use thanks to an operating voltage of 9–36 VDC. For operation with oil, an OIL version is also available. Synchronisation with the connected machine guarantees precise, needs-based lubrication even during intermittent operation.

Thanks to the flexible operating voltage of 9 to 36 VDC, G-LUBE EM V can be used in many application settings. The battery-free operation reduces follow-up costs and is good for the environment.

G‑LUBE EM B is designed for stand-alone battery operation. G‑LUBE EM D enables control via a PLC.

G-LUBE EM V

Technically, G-LUBE EM V impresses with its electromechanical drive with an operating pressure of up to 60 bar (870 psi), which means several lubrication points can be supplied via a single distributor.

Many machines are not in constant operation. To avoid over-lubrication during idle periods, G-LUBE EM V offers the option to synchronise the lubrication system with the connected machine. In this way, the lubricant is delivered as and when required.
The dispensing period of up to 12 months will be extended accordingly with intermittent operation.

G-LUBE EM V can even be connected to your PLC and will send a warning signal once the dispensing period has ended. The operating state is also always visible on the lubrication system’s illuminated display.

G-LUBE EM V OIL

G-LUBE EM V OIL is a special oil version of G-LUBE EM V. The device is equally suitable for lubricating chains, spindles and linear guides and has also proven itself in multi-point lubrication. The flexible power supply and flexibility in discontinuous operation enable a wide range of applications.
