PLC-controlled high-pressure lubrication system

G-LUBE EM D is a high-pressure lubrication system for grease for integration into a PLC. The lubrication system is managed by the external control which allows the user to set individual and needs-based lubrication impulses.

It can be used flexibly thanks to operating voltages of 9–36 VDC.

G‑LUBE EM B is designed for stand-alone battery operation. G‑LUBE EM V serves as a machine-synchronised alternative without PLC control.

G-LUBE EM D

Like G-LUBE EM V, G-LUBE EM D has an electromechanical drive with a high operating pressure of up to 60 bar (870 psi). This means it can supply several lubrication points from one distributor. Thanks to being individually controlled via a PLC, the lubrication system offers additional options for tailoring the automatic lubrication point supply to the needs of each application setting.

G-LUBE EM D is always there for the machine, whenever you want it to be. The lubrication impulses set via the PLC can also be finely adjusted on the device itself in order to optimise the effectiveness and efficiency of the work process. Numerous status messages can be read out both on the illuminated display and as a feedback signal on the PLC.

G-LUBE EM D OIL

G-LUBE EM D OIL is a special oil version of G-LUBE EM D. The device is equally suitable for lubricating chains, spindles and linear guides and has also proven itself in multi-point lubrication. The flexible power supply and flexibility in discontinuous operation enable a wide range of applications.
