Autonomous high-pressure lubrication system
G‑LUBE EM B delivers precise lubrication for up to 12 months and is completely autonomous thanks to battery operation. Depending on the application, the lubrication system is equipped with either an alkaline or lithium battery.
G-LUBE EM V and G-LUBE EM D are designed for external power supply (9-36 VDC).
G-LUBE EM B
Thanks to the high delivery pressure, it is possible to connect multiple distributors to G-LUBE EM B. In this way, up to 12 lubrication points can be supplied with one device.
There are four different sizes from 60 to 500 ml to choose from. The lubricant cartridge is simply screwed on.

G-LUBE EM B OIL
G-LUBE EM B OIL is a special oil variant of G-LUBE EM B. It is ideal for the lubrication of chains, spindles and linear guides. The lubrication system has also proven itself in multi-point lubrication application settings. The autonomous operation and the variety of applications enable a wide range of uses.

Cost saving due to refillability
The extra-large oil reservoir holds 500 ml and can be refilled directly on site every time it is completely emptied, without any complications and without special equipment. Since only the battery needs to be replaced after the dispensing time has expired, the use of G-LUBE EM B OIL not only saves working hours, but also reduces the operational follow-up costs to a minimum.
The reduced disposal costs due to the simple refilling process not only reduce maintenance expenses, but also protect the environment.
